Why Hassoud exists
Too many projects begin with a technical solution before the problem or intended outcome is clear. We connect the business decision to user needs and product structure, then turn that into a measurable delivery path without inflating scope.
One method from decision to measurement
We begin with discovery, assumptions, and risk, then define content and experience structure and deliver in short, inspectable increments. Before launch we test quality, performance, and security; after launch we review real signals and prioritize improvements.
What we own with you
Scope, acceptance criteria, and consequential decisions are written clearly. At handover you receive the agreed source, assets, and documentation, including what was built, why it was chosen, and how the team can continue operating and extending it.
Principles we do not trade away
We do not attribute unverified outcomes to clients or use dark patterns to raise conversion. Privacy, accessibility, security, and performance are not final add-ons; they shape decisions, design, and testing from the start.
Bilingual by design
Arabic and English are not separate versions where one follows the other. We review direction, typography, spacing, message length, forms, and empty states in both languages and on mobile so the experience remains coherent and understandable.
Presence and collaboration
We work with teams in the UAE and the region from Abu Dhabi and Halfaya through direct collaboration and continuous documentation. Every engagement starts with a decision owner, communication channels, and a review cadence, and each phase ends with an explicit continue-or-adjust decision.
